We are responsible on both ends, guests and hosts, to follow the rules of hospitality.
We each live in our own world, or own house, and when I come to talk to another person, if I expect that their in are in my house, they have to function by my culture, my rules, that is not being a good guest. If I am going to talk to somebody, I assume that I am in their house. That way I can have a relationship with them.
