Design Regenerative Culture

with Anne-Chloé Destremau & translated by Lisa-Maria Goertz into Spanish

According to official UN data, the world is ‘woefully short’ of achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals and scientists warn that we are on the brink of 5 of the 15 identified ‘Tipping-Points’ that would make the environment inhospitable to humanity's survival.

If this data reflects reality, then would you still choose the one-way ticket to our own extinction that modern culture currently offers?

During this talk, global cultural design specialist Anne-Chloé Destremau, diagnoses the design of modern culture and reveals recent developments in updating ‘thoughtware’ (the software of the mind) that catalyse a new beginning.

In the words of Buckminster Fuller: ‘You never change things by fighting against the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete’. Imagine living in a culture that unleashes our infinite creative human potential, a culture that represents who we really are, that fulfills our longing for purpose, evolution and feeling alive, as well as caring for the future for our children.

A regenerative culture refers to a way of life that is in constant evolution and therefore ever more conscious, resilient and adaptive to the natural environment, prioritizing the flourishing of all living beings, including our own.

It is possible and, bubbles of this culture are already alive around the world, right now.

Anne-Chloe Destremau, Possibility Management Trainer - the international body pioneering next cultures research - finishes her European Tour 2024 with this talk in Tenerife on November 29 in La Laguna at 19.00.
